Sunglasses Making A Difference

Maybe I am new to the game, but I just recently learned about the sunglasses’ brand named Diff. Now that I know about them, I can’t stop talking them up! The number one selling point is that for every pair of sunglasses purchased, Diff donates a pair of reading glasses to someone in need.

Aside from how awesome and charitable this program is, I just needed a new pair of sunglasses. Every year I buy a cheap pair from some random store in the mall. However, after my dermatology visit, I started thinking about my overall health this summer. One thing I don’t consider much is the protection of my eyes. This is what got me started; thinking about purchasing an actually decent pair of sunglasses.

Hence, me finding out about Diff eyewear. The first thing that attracted me was that they offer 100% UVA/UVB protection (this was the entire point of my search). From there it was all bonuses. Bonus number one was the fact that they have adorable designs. More importantly they had my favorite design which are aviators. The next perk was that the materials they use are high quality. I was so over buying cheap sunglasses that scratch and break within a month- these sunglasses are resistant to both of those problems. I am also hoping that the fact that I paid ($65 which is a little less than normal, because they were having a sale) a decent amount, I am going to be more conscientious of how I treat my glasses. Truthfully though, when I came across the charity part of this organization, that is the piece that really had me sold. As I read more into the their website I learned about all the other ways in which they are making a difference: creating jobs, extending their reach to provide more free glasses for more people in need, and much more that continues to expand on what they already do.

Now I’m just looking forward to more sunny days so I can wear these awesome glasses 👓 I also am loving sharing their story with all my clients, co-workers, and friends!

XOXO~ Rachel Nohre
